Mentor App - A structured and flexible mentoring model

The platform is built as a generic case and activity-based system. Mentoring is the first implementation, but the structure is reusable for future program types.

• Each mentoring program is created as a case with fixed duration, predefined activities, clear roles, and measurable status.
• Duration is handled automatically: 12 months or the remaining current period for mid-year starts.
• Two mandatory roles are attached to each case: mentor and mentee.
• Planned activities are generated automatically: onboarding, observations, feedback loops, monthly contact, course tracking, and final evaluation.
• Documentation includes meetings, reflections, observations, and activity-level mileage.
• Finance logic is built in: DKK 3.81 per km, max 420 km/year, yearly mentor honorarium DKK 2,200, plus club administration fee.
• Clubs and federation get full overview of active cases, missing monthly follow-ups, completed observations, and settlement data.
• The model is configuration-driven, so new case types, roles, and activity templates can be introduced without rebuilding the platform.
